资历要求：
Requirement

  • 1. 生物工程、细胞生物学、药学、分子生物学相关专业背景，本科及以上学历；

    Background in bioengineering, cell biology, pharmacy, molecular biology, bachelor degree or above;

  • 2. 熟练掌握细胞培养无菌操作；

    Familiar with cell culture operation;

  • 3. 熟悉纯化相关专业知识和技术：AKTA层析系统，离子交换，超滤；

    Familiar with purification related professional knowledge and technology: AKTA chromatography system, ion exchange, ultrafiltration;

  • 4. 工作认真而严谨、交付意识强、具备良好的团队合作、抗压、沟通和理解能力；

    Serious and rigorous work, strong sense of delivery, good teamwork, pressure, communication and understanding skills;

  • 5. 具备良好的自学能力、问题分析与解决能力

    Self-learning ability, problem analysis and solving ability

岗位职责：
Job Description

  • 1. 负责蛋白表达和蛋白纯化的方法优化,并承担部分项目的管理工作；

    Responsible for the optimization of protein expression and protein purification, and undertake the management of some projects;

  • 2. 参与技术平台的开发与优化，包括项目评估、立项、执行、问题分析与解决等；

    Participate in the development and optimization of technology platforms, including project evaluation, project establishment, implementation, problem analysis and resolution, etc .;

  • 3. 详细记录实验过程和结果，整理与分析实验数据，及时而准确撰写实验报；

    Record the experimental process and results in detail, organize and analyze the experimental data, and write the experimental report in a timely and accurate manner;

  • 4. 完成上级交付的其它任务。

    Complete other tasks delivered by superiors.
